TD75 type Belt conveyor

TD belt conveyor has become the popular conveyor because of the simple structure, low cost, part’s strong currency, convenient maintenance and satisfaction of normal transportation capacity. It can be composed with single, multiple or other transportation equipment to form a level or tilting transportation system.

With the development of technology, some new technology and arts and crafts has been used in some important situations, such as concial roll and roll with large end which are used for conveyor’s security and protection by the deflection and deviation switch and pull rope switch.

Technical features and technique parameter

  1. belt width are 500,650,800,1000,1200,1400mm
  2. there are  drive power from 15.to 200 KW
  3. there are 8 kinds of belt speed: 0.8,1.0,1.25,1.6,2.0,2.5,3.15,4.0m/s

transportation capacity: refer to the first form(material capability r=1.0t/m, conveyor obliquityβ≤6°, accumulation of material obliquity =30°)

    • the largest obliquity refers to the second form (the largest angle allowed to deliver is 80% of the value in the form)
